The new range of Technogel continuous freezers are designed for ice cream and gelato production with adjustable overrun between 20 and 120% permitting the production of industrial and artisan ice cream. All models are self-contained and are manufactured in compliance with the strictest international standards of hygiene. They are also designed for C.I.P. washing.
Models 400 and 600 are equipped with an advanced system of computerized control and self-diagnosis. They have a dual piston pump for accurate overrun control.
A special pump, as optional, is available for tiny fruit seeds.
