The unit is utilized to inject syrup and similar products into the ice cream flow. It consists of a tank complete with discharge valve, pneumatic volumetric pump dosing the product, and star-shaped nozzle to inject the syrup mounted directly on the freezer outlet pipe. The quantity of injected syrup is adjusted according to the quantity of compressed air or the piston pump.
This type of ripple pump is particularly indicated when working with high pressure on the production line (i.e., when connected to automatic fillers of extrusion machines for family packs). The air compressor is not included.
Pump capacity: from 0 at 1 lt/minute of product with medium density.
Density range: from 1000 to 20000 centipoise.
